Shipping policy

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including combining orders, adjusting order details, or modifying shipping information. Orders in transit cannot be adjusted by our team. 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@meadowfarmsga.com immediately and we'll do our best to stop the order before it is prepared.  Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the U.S.A on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied to qualify.

Shipping Estimates and Tracking:
Shipping prices are based on USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL estimates. All orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation, provided a valid email address is entered during checkout.
  
Order Processing:
We strive to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).  Please note that expedited shipping methods (e.g. USPS Priority, 3-day, 2-day shipping) apply only to transit times once a package is with the shipping provider and does not apply to order processing/fulfillment times.

Meadow Farms GA, LLC has no control over shipping transit times.  Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates may be subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.  Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of the shipping provider. 
  
Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Our all-natural products contain ingredients that may melt or liquify in high temperatures.  Please consider this when ordering during warmer months and ensure your package is sent to an address where it can be collected promptly. 

During colder months, liquid products may freeze. If this occurs, the formula will remain consistent after thawing and can still be used.
  
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We use environmentally friendly materials to ship orders.
  
Address Issues:
Meadow Farms GA, LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to resend the package. 

If there is no response to our attempts to resend the package within 30 days of receiving it back, the items and payment will be returned to the custody of Meadow Farms GA, LLC.
  
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Meadow Farms GA, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for customers to follow up with the shipping carrier directly.
