We stand behind the quality of our ingredients & products and provide a full ingredient list for every product on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping. We recommend performing a patch test before using our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing each item into your skincare routine gradually and one at a time. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and using the product again.
Our products are all-natural and made without preservatives, additives, or chemical ingredients. To maintain product integrity, avoid adding water and store in a cool, dry place.
Order Modifications
We are unable to make order changes once they have been processed. This includes modifying orders, combining orders, or modifying shipping details. If cancelling a subscription order, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the reorder date.
Melted/Liquified Items
We do not accept refunds/returns on melted items because your products are still safe to use and very effective. The quality of our products remains intact even when they arrive in a consistency different than expected.
During warmer seasons, we do our best to ship our all-natural, tallow-based products in ice packs, however items may arrive to you in a melted or liquified state. Placing an order indicates your consent to the possibility of items arriving in a melted or liquified state and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If any ordered item arrives in a melted or liquified state, place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies.
Order Damages/Issues
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us at support@meadowfarmsga.com within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
