Shipping

We do our best to ensure our products arrive in optimal condition, but high temperatures may affect product consistency. To minimize risk, all balms are frozen prior to shipping and shipped with an ice pack. We recommend priority shipping as well. Please consider temperatures during warmer months and ensure your package is sent to an address where it can be collected promptly. If your balm arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. The quality of the product is not affected by the consistency change.

Refunds

Due to the nature and all-natural formulas of our products, all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, allow exchanges, or accept returns.
